Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, including your order number, shipping method, and arrival date.

Before every purchase, please make sure you correctly write your current shipping address. If your shipping address is not correct, we can not redirect it after the shipment.

Any orders placed on business days before 2:00pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time, on weekends or holidays will ship out the next business day. Since we’re usually out of the office during the weekend, business days are Monday-Friday.

Once your order is successfully processed and shipment-ready, you will receive another confirmation email including your tracking ID, if applicable.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Standard – Free Shipping: 3-5 days transit.

Note: For the standard shipping method, the processing may take up to 48 hours after the order is being placed, but it’s usually being shipped the same day of the order.

Priority Shipping: 1-3 days transit. The cost of the Priority shipping is determined at the time of ordering.

Note: Order processing may take up to 48 hours.

Taxes will be included where applicable. Taxes are determined according to the shipping destination.

Return Policy

An item can be returned within a period of 60 days from the order date to return an item. Returns will only be considered if the packaging is unopened in its original state and undamaged. If you want to return an item, please contact us.

Late Returns

Any item returned damaged or after 40 days from the order date will not be refunded. Exceptions can be made if you send photos or an explanation.

Refund Policy

Once we have received your items in their original state, a refund will be issued. Any refunded items that are damaged are not eligible for a refund. The refunds shipping and charges will be on your charge.

You will receive a full refund on the payment applied to the original transaction.

Note: Depending on your bank’s processing times, refunds to your Credit card may take up to 14 business days.
