Order and Delivery Confirmation

Once your items are packed, we'll send you a tracking number. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free express home delivery on orders over $65.
• Standard Shipping: A $6.72 fee applies for orders under $65, and delivery takes 1-5 business days.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 60 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, in their original condition, and undamaged. To initiate a return or exchange, click here or Contact Us.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive your items in their original condition. Refunds cannot be issued for opened items or those not in original packaging. The courier collection fee is $7.82. If items arrive damaged, the collection and return shipping are free. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
